A highly respected drumset educator, Frank Corniola has also spent over 30 years behind the kit in the studio and as a live performer. In 1985 he published 'Rhythm Section Drumming' a unique and world's first educative book for drums and bass which is now an industry standard,distributed worldwide by the Hal Leonard Corporation.

Frank authored 4 'Contemporary Popular Music' (CPM) step 1- 4 Drumset books for the Australian Music Examination Board (AMEB).
He has founded the world renown 'Australia's Ultimate Drummers Weekend' (AUDW) formally Known as 'TUDW', an annaul Drum & Percussion festival & Expo held in Melbourne which showcases artists from around the globe and all the latest in gear.

Frank built the Drumtek complex in 1992 from ground up! A Drum and Percussion specialist store in Northcote, Melbourne Australia.  The 'Drumtek School of Music' operating above the store with an in house auditorium and state of the art studios.
Frank and his Drumtek highly skilled faculty have pushed the education boudaries since 1992, building a true centre for music education in Australia.   The Founder of Vorticity Music, an Australian touring organisation,staging band tours around the country.
Vorticity Music also maintains a national distribution network for Jazz/Funk/Fusion Music.
