Terms & Conditions


All prices are listed on our website in Australian dollars (AUD), including GST (inc GST).


International orders
Drumtek Australia does not ship internationally.


Stock turnover / items out of stock
We make an effort to ensure that items displayed on our site reflect the current stock on hand. However, due to high stock turnover, Drumtek cannot guarantee that all items displayed on our website are in stock at all times. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you. Usually, orders containing out-of-stock items can be filled with minimal delay.


Free in-store pickup
Free in-store pickup is available on all products listed on the website. Simply select the "Free In-store Pick up" option at the checkout. Pickups can be made at Drumtek 529 – 535 High St, Northcote, VIC 3030 during our opening hours. Orders may not be available for immediate/same-day collection due to processing times and stock availability. To avoid any collection issues please wait until you are notified via phone, email or SMS by our online sales team. For an update feel free to email or call ahead.
As a condition of in-store pickup and to protect our customers, the credit card used for online purchasing must be presented at the time of pickup, along with one form of photo ID (driver's license etc.). Goods will not be made available for collection without this identification being completed.


In-store pricing
We do not guarantee to match our website prices on products for sale on our shop floor. This is necessary due to the cost of receiving, handling, storing and displaying products, as well as allowing you to physically try and test the product before purchase.


Customer satisfaction
Drumtek values customer satisfaction highly. We aim to provide high-quality Drums & Percussion instruments and great service with every transaction. If your shopping experience with us hasn't met your expectations or would like to provide feedback on how we can do better, please email us at info@drumtek.com.au


We aim to keep all information on our site up to date and correct at all times. However, prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly and inaccuracies will occur from time to time. We ask for your understanding when errors or inaccuracies occur. We will not be responsible for, and will not be liable for, any errors in product details, descriptions or specifications, services, prices, related graphics or any other content contained on the website. We reserve the right to cancel an order if such an error occurs. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Payment Options

We accept payment online by the following method


1. Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Amex)

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards issued in Australia by Australian banks/institutions. If you have a card issued overseas, please contact us.

Some credit cards may require additional identification after purchase. You will be contacted by Better Music to verify that you’re the valid account holder if required. This may include a process called Nominal Refund.


2. PayPal

If you need it fast, we suggest using PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to checkout with PayPal, you can checkout using just a credit card.

PayPal Pay-in-4 is also available, split your order total into 4 equal payments. Simply select PayPal on checkout and follow the prompts.


3. Direct deposit (Bank transfer)

Our bank details will be included in your order email confirmation. Simply log in to your online banking or visit an ANZ branch in real life to transfer us the order total. To help us process your payment promptly, please email us a copy of your deposit receipt to info@drumtek.com.au


4. Zip Pay / Zip Money


5. Rent now

Any product displaying the RENT NOW button beneath the price can be rented through our Rent Plus program.  

Other payment options

We accept cash for in-store transactions only.


Returns/Refund Policy


Online purchases are eligible for return/change of mind providing the following conditions are met: 

-          The date the item was purchased is no more than 14 days from the date of the refund request

-          The item is unopened and is still within the original packaging

-          The item is not damaged and is brand new condition

-          The item is faulty

-          The goods received are incorrect/are the wrong item


If the item/items fit the above criteria, Drumtek reserves the right to review the condition of the goods prior to any money paid being refunded to the customer.  Refunds are able to be refused at our discretion.


Drumtek reserves the right to refuse a refund or the return of an item based on the below parameters: 


-          14 days has elapsed since the purchase of the item/items

-          Postal delays prolonging the product being received

-          The goods have been used

-          No proof of purchase is able to be offered


Please note: Due to their nature, some items are unable to be returned. These include: 

-          Bulky Items (i.e Full Acoustic Kits and Electronic kits)

-          Studio19 applications once the contract has commenced

-          Special orders such as custom drum kits, snares or items the customer has specifically designed and ordered.
